We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, live plants are natural products, and their size, shape, colour, flowering stage and appearance may vary.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We do not request customers to share their payment PINs, passwords or card security codes with us.

4. Order Processing and Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be submitted before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate sunlight, watering, soil, drainage and care after delivery.

Plant growth, flowering and survival depend on environmental conditions and maintenance. This does not exclude our responsibility for products that arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from their descriptions.

7. Damaged Products and Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or seriously affected during transit, customers should contact us promptly with their order number and supporting photographs.

Eligible complaints will be reviewed and resolved through an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.
